I'm currently sitting in an adorable bungalow in Bonita Springs all thanks to Anna. It was not a buyers market when we put out offers on houses - and we were competing against a lot of cash offers. She worked with us to find a house that met our criteria and steered us to an amazing deal. When we made the offer on the house that we now own, she worked with us to make that offer as strong as possible. The seller ultimatly took a more compelling offer. That more compelling offer fell through and she reached out to Anna to see if we were still interested. Anna held our hands during every step of the process. Answering every silly question, offering sage advice all while silently working away in the background to make sure everything was in place to close quickly.

When I did the final walk-thru I thanked the owner and told her how excited I was that this was going to be my home. She looked at me and said "You owe it all to Anna.
